You will receive an email confirmation of your order once you have paid and another email later to let you know that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive these, please check your spam folders.

I aim to ship all orders within two working days. 

All UK orders are shipped 1st class.

Orders from within Europe take on average 5 - 10 working days to arrive, orders outside of Europe should take at least 10 working days, but I have known them to take longer.  If you wish your order to arrive quicker than this contact me orders@retroeighty.co.uk and I'll see what can be done.  

Please not that there is no tracking information available unless you choose the 'Tracked Shipping' option. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

If you live outside the UK, your country inspects goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes and a small clearance or handling fee. This is dependant on each counties custom thresholds, any trade agreements that are in place and the courier companies handling cost. Please note this is not included in our product or shipping cost.

Please note, this is guidance only and the information shown is best to our knowledge. Most countries also factor in the cost of shipping and sometimes handling into the overall product cost.
